Mr. Robinson directed the strategic planning and acquisition activities of two New York Stock Exchange Corporations. The author of QuickStrategy and Strategic Acquisitions: A Guide to Growing and Enhancing the Value of Your Business, Mr. Robinson has completed over 40 acquisitions and has significant experience in corporate management at the board level. He actively invests in high technology businesses and co-owns two electronic instrument companies in addition to his investment in UtiliPoint. He holds a BSEE and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
