March 11, 1926 - Reddy Kilowatt is "born" one year after the conception of the Reddy Kilowatt character by Ashton Collins Sr., general commercial manager of Alabama Power Co. in Birmingham, Ala.

1933 - Reddy Corporation International (RCI) is formed.

1934 - RCI gets first "job" via a trade and service mark for Philadelphia Electric Co. (PECO, now Exelon). Within a few years the firm will be serving more than 200 utilities worldwide.

Late 1950's - RCI (via the Reddy Kilowatt character) is banished from Cuba by Fidel Castro for being "too American."

February 5, 1998 - SCIENTECH acquires RCI to leverage the energy executive consulting, market research, and publications practice. The trademark and service mark rights and the figure of Reddy Kilowatt and associated programs are sold to Northern States Power Company (now Xcel Energy).

July 28, 1999 - SCIENTECH hires Robert C. Bellemare, P.E. to lead the executive consulting practice.

April 2, 2000 - SCIENTECH hires Jon T. Brock to lead the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence practice.

May 15, 2000 - IssueAlert^® is conceived as the industry's only real-time daily analytical publication. It will grow to over 30,000 subscribers in two short years.

September 27, 2002 - Management team of Bellemare/Brock perform a management buy-out of the practice and form UtiliPoint^® International, Inc.

June 2, 2003 - UtiliPoint^® International adds Pricing Products and Services to its Practice Areas.

November 4, 2003 - UtiliPoint^® International adds the Utility & Energy Technology Practice for its Clients.

February 5, 2004 - UtiliPoint^® International acquires VasMark Group - Adds Trading & Risk Management Practice.
