Nana Baffour

Mr. Baffour has been a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Knox Lawrence International, LLC ("KLI") an energy services investment company that has completed over $600 million in acquisitions to date. He is currently Executive Chairman of Consonus Technologies, Inc. a technology company he co-founded in 2005 and grew from start-up to over $100 million in revenues. He has led acquisitions, integrations, and held operating roles including executive chairman, president, and CEO for different energy services companies during his tenure at KLI. Mr. Baffour currently serves as Board Member of Dearborn Mid-West Conveyor Co., Consonus Technologies, Inc., Midas Medici Group Holdings, Inc, as well as Chair of the Advisory Board of the University of Utah Opportunity Scholars Program.

David E. Steele
President

Mr. Steele's career has involved senior level corporate positions as well as significant experience in entrepreneurial roles. He has led the creation and success of two start-up ventures and recently led a private equity funded turnaround/growth venture that was acquired by a New York based consortium of blue chip investors.  His positions have ranged from front- line supervision to officer level responsibility; he has held senior leadership assignments in every area of the customer relationship management chain, including sales and marketing, billing, accounts receivable, call center operations and economic development.  Mr. Steele has a B.S. in Business Economics & Public Policy from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business.

Robert C. Bellemare P.E.
COO and Managing Director

Mr. Bellemare has had profit and loss responsibility for energy related businesses for the past seven years and has diverse management experience in startup businesses, sales and marketing, electric operations, and research and development.  As former managing director of CSW Energy Services, Inc., where he led its entry into states with newly deregulated electricity markets, including California, Pennsylvania, and Texas.  Mr. Bellemare also managed a successful power engineering services firm in the late 1980's.  Mr. Bellemare has a Master's Degree in Power Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and over 20 years of utility related experience.
