Terry Bassham
Executive VP, Finance & Strategic Development and CFO, Great Plains Energy

Mr. Bassham joined Great Plains Energy as its new Executive Vice President of Finance and Strategic Development and CFO on March 28, 2005. Mr. Bassham previously was Executive Vice President, CFO and Chief Administrative Officer for El Paso Electric Company (EPE) in El Paso, Texas. In those roles, he oversaw EPE financial, treasury, regulatory and administrative functions. Mr. Bassham joined EPE in 1996 as General Counsel and increasingly assumed responsibility for legislative affairs, regulatory filings and corporate governance. Mr. Bassham holds a BBA - Accounting degree from the University of Texas-Arlington, and a Juris Doctorate degree from St. Mary's University Law School, San Antonio, Texas.

  
 

Robert Brassard
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Capital Power Corporation

Mr. Brassard is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Capital Power Corporation.  Capital Power and its subsidiaries develop, acquire and optimize power generation from a wide range of energy sources. Mr. Brassard is responsible for leading, managing and governing the use of information technology assets.  Participating at the Executive table, he is also actively involved in setting corporate strategy, reviewing financial transactions including commercial development opportunities, acquisition, divestitures and interacting with the Board. Mr. Brassard is a member of the Conference Board of Canada Council of CIO's.  Mr. Brassard is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's General Management Program, the Leadership Development Program at Queen's School of Business and holds a Master's degree from the Department of Computing Science at the University of Alberta.

  
 

Pat Collawn
President & Chief Operating Officer, PNM Resources
 

Ms. Collawn is responsible for utility operations for PNM and TNMP. Together, PNM and TNMP operations span two states and serve 859,000 electric and 495,000 gas customers. In addition, Pat oversees the company's Regulatory, Marketing, Customer Service, and Communications functions as well as Governmental and Federal Affairs. Pat is also a board member of EnergyCo, PNM Resources' joint venture with Cascade Investment, LLC, the personal investment vehicle for Microsoft founder Bill Gates. With more than 15 years of utility experience, Pat previously served as President and CEO of Public Service Company of Colorado, a subsidiary of Xcel Energy, and Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Arizona Public Service Company.

  
 

Steve Drapper
UK Commercial Director, International Power plc

Mr. Drapper was appointed UK Commercial Director in July 2006 and is responsible for trading International Power's fossil fuel fired generation assets in the United Kingdom.  Prior to taking up his current position he was Trading Manager for International Power's diverse business in Australia.  He is a chartered engineer and has worked in the energy industry since 1978.  Prior to relocating to Australia in 1997 he traded power in the England and Wales market and worked as an engineer in the nuclear industry.

  
 

Michael A. Jenkins
Senior Managing Director, Head of Strategic Advisors, Leerink Swann Strategic Advisors

Mr. Jenkins has over 15 years experience working in healthcare and financial services.  Prior to joining Leerink, Mr. Jenkins was a Senior Partner with Marakon Associates where he led over 100 engagements in corporate and business unit strategy development, strategy execution and performance delivery, acquisition evaluation and integration, and the design and delivery of initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.  Mr. Jenkins holds a MBA in Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas, Austin.

  
 

Shahab Saeed
Vice President and COO, Questar Energy Services and Questar InfoComm

Mr. Saeed has responsibility for oil and gas field automation, measurement and telecommunication services in Utah, Wyoming and Colorado. He also served as the President and CEO of Consonus, a regional provider of data center managed services and complex hosting solutions where he successfully completed a turn around. Mr. Saeed has served on the Executive Management Committee of various Questar subsidiaries since April 1993 with accountability for diverse functions from Engineering to Human Resource to Supply chain and Information Technology. Mr. Saeed received his undergraduate degree in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Utah. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Ballet West and Intermountain Health Care Urban Central Region and the Salt Lake City Rotary Club.

  
 

John M. Saenz
Vice President, Retail Energy, CPS Energy

Mr. Saenz Saenz is responsible for the development and implementation of new products and services, energy efficiency and conservation, load research, forecasting, key account management, economic development, and customer service (call center, billing and collections). Prior to joining CPS Energy, Mr. Saenz helped found Grande Communications, Inc., a Central Texas based bundled telecommunications firm.
