Registration Fee Information:

Academic, Non-Profit & U.S. Government registration fee:  $500.00

The registration fee is due prior to the conference and includes continental breakfasts, day one lunch, and refreshments.  Conference presentations will be made available for download to our delegates on our website directly following the event. 

Confirmation of Registration:  The receipt of your registration will be acknowledged by e-mail.  We recommend that you present your e-mail confirmation upon arrival at the registration desk in order to collect your name badge and conference materials.

Name Change/Substitutions:  Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference may nominate a substitute participant by sending written notification by e-mail to the registration contact at  jlucero@utilipoint.com before Monday, March 8, 2010.  We cannot change the invoice or make any other changes. No substitutions will be allowed after this date.

On-Site Conference Registration:  Online conference registrations will close on Wednesday, March 10, 2010.  After that date, you may register on-site at the conference venue beginning on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 - Wednesday, March 17, 2010.  You will be required to complete the on-site registration form and provide your business card, and payment (cash or credit card only).

Cancellations:   All cancellations will carry a 15% administration fee.  Please confirm your cancellation in writing and fax to the Registration contact by email at jlucero@utilipoint.com or by fax at (505) 244-7658 at least 10 working days prior to the first day of the conference.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 10 working days prior to the event.  All refunds will be processed after the conference.

UtiliPoint International, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the program or to cancel it if minimum attendance is not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail.  If the program is not held for any reason, UtiliPoint's liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only.
