Mr. Dunlea is an independent consultant and advisor operating in Energy and IT operations sectors.  He is the former Chief Information Officer with Bord Gais Éireann, the Irish energy company. In response to European energy market competition changes, he implemented the BGÉ's market opening transformation program with technology and system process changes critical to its overall delivery. Prior to joining BGE, Mr. Dunlea was global IT Director, IT operations for Avid technology. In this position he was responsible for global communications systems, corporate networks and cost-effective customer services process. He has worked in the United States and throughout Europe. He worked as a consultant with ICL developing new market opportunities, throughout European. Mr. Dunlea is a former Army officer and holds a primary degree in Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
