Mr. Havelka researches energy and utility industry issues in Europe. He also helps compile UtiliPoint's InfoGrids providing European content, supports our European analyst and consulting team and assists in the production of UtiliPoint‘s European IssueAlert. Mr. Havelka also speaks a number of European languages including Czech, English and German. He studied Public Economy in the Czech Republic.
