EUEC 2008 is the largest energy and environment conference and expo of its kind in America with over 1,600 international delegates networking January 27 - 30, 2008 in a spectacular Sonoran desert setting at the world famous Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, in Tucson, Arizona where the average temperature for January is a balmy 70 F.

The 11th Annual Conference on Clean Air, Mercury, Global Warming & Renewable Energy

  • 1600+ professionals attending
  • 400 technical presentations in 6 tracks by world leading experts
  • 150 exhibits

The timing of this year's conference brings professionals together at the onset of what is likely to be an active year for energy and environmental policy particularly with heat turning up on climate change regulations in the United States. The advancing state of regional climate initiatives, and international developments promise a rapidly-changing landscape. Via networking and a rich technical program, conference participants will be well-prepped for the challenges ahead.

This conference caters to environmental professionals, engineers, scientists, corporate executives, regulatory officials, consulting companies and financial executives to discuss emerging priorities and opportunities in the energy and environment sector. About 400 technical presentations will be made by world leading experts in six tracks on Clean Air, Mercury, Global Warming and Renewable Energy.

EUEC has been recognized as one of the “must attend” meetings in the United States where the technical presentations run concurrently with an expo consisting of 150 international exhibits in the energy and environment industries. Over 1600 delegates are able to network in the exhibit area where buffet style lunches, receptions and coffee and snacks are served over three days—January 28 - 30, 2008. 15 pre-conference workshops are offered on Sunday, January 27, with specialized training and seminars on state of the art new technologies and services.

EUEC has a very successful track record of organizing this annual event every January in Arizona since 1995. The conference has been steadily growing every year from 500 in 1995 to a record attendance of 1500 registrants in 2007.
