Director, Benchmarking Services Ms. Walton manages UtiliPoint's benchmarking services, focusing on meter to cash operations for energy services and utility companies. Ms. Walton's experience includes managing all stages of systems development and process design/improvement projects including: vendor selection, discovery, scope, budgeting, reporting, resource allocation, scheduling, deliverables, integrating, testing, training, implementation, improvement and maintenance. She has worked with companies to establish best-of-breed service for meter management, meter reading and usage, inventory management, outage and curtailment management, field service, call center, marketing services, demand side management, accounting, billing, remittance, e-business, credit and collections, new market entry, new product development, pricing, sales support and renewals. She also has experience with mergers and acquisitions, focusing on operations integration. Her previous work history includes consulting services with Hawaiian Electric Industries, new market entry with Direct Energy Services, business planning with Alliance BridgeCo, market management with Exelon Energy, and many operations functions with Enron Energy Services. Ms. Walton holds a B.A in Journalism/Public Relations and an Executive M.B.A. from The Ohio State University. |  |
