Online Purchases with UtiliPoint International
Delivery and Timing Method:
For online purchase made using a credit card, our system will automatically e-mail your product in PDF format to the e-mail address provided on the order form once the transaction is complete.
Please be aware some e-mail systems block e-mails automatically sent from our system. If you do not receive an e-mail from UtiliPoint with the product immediately after the transaction completes, please send an e-mail to contactus@utilipoint.com or call 505.244.7600.
Refunds Policy:
Because of the immediate delivery of our reports in PDF format, refunds are considered in a case-by-case basis. Should you decide to request a refund, please contact Jennifer Lucero at jlucero@utilipoint.com, Approved refunds will be processed in five business days.
