UtiliPoint Sharpens European Focus:
Martin Dunlea Appointed Vice President of Consulting, UtiliPoint Europe

Brno, Czech Republic—May 28, 2008—UtiliPoint® International, Inc. (UtiliPoint) announces that Mr. Martin Dunlea, formerly CIO at Bord Gais Éireann, has joined the company as Vice President for Consulting, UtiliPoint Europe. UtiliPoint established its European focus early in 2007 and recently appointed Dr. Gary M. Vasey as General Manager for European operations. Mr. Dunlea's appointment follows a successful first year for UtiliPoint Europe and marks the start of aggressive plans for growth on the continent.

Mr. Dunlea is the former Chief Information Officer with the Irish energy company Bord Gais Éireann. In response to European energy market competition changes, he implemented the BGÉ market opening transformation program with technology and system process changes critical to its overall delivery. Prior to joining BGÉ, Mr. Dunlea was global IT Director, IT operations for Avid technology. He has worked in the United States and throughout Europe. He has also worked as a consultant with ICL developing new market opportunities, throughout Europe. Mr. Dunlea has a primary degree in Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
