Rose and his consulting company, EnSight Advisors, has joined the company’s Trading & Risk Management practice as an affiliate. Mr. Rose is an established energy management consultant with substantial expertise in the trading & risk management arena. EnSight Advisors works with electric and gas companies in the energy industry to design and implement integrated corporate strategies including enterprisewide exposure management, energy commodity management, risk/credit management policies and procedures, business process assessments and software evaluation and implementations.

Mr. Rose has worked in the energy industry for over 20-years providing consultant services and expertise. Previously, he was a senior consultant with Hagler Bailly Consulting where he was a integral member in the start-up and opening of the Houston practice advising gas/electric utilities and energy marketing companies, in the launching of new non-regulated energy business units for both gas and electric (wholesale and retail), and has held senior management positions with Sunrise Energy Services as Vice President of Supply, Logistics and Operations and Hadson Gas Systems Director of Energy Trading/Marketing.

Mr. Rose graduated from the University of Texas.
