UtiliPoint International, Inc. (UtiliPoint) has recruited respected utility and energy industry consultant Ms. Patti Harper-Slaboszewicz to manage its ongoing AMR & Demand Response research and service programs. In her role as Director, AMR & Demand Response, Ms. Harper-Slaboszewicz will be responsible for managing Utility and Energy Technology (UET) practice multi-client studies on AMR and Demand Response and will also act as a key consultant in UtiliPoint's Rates and Pricing practice. Ms. Harper-Slaboszewicz and UtiliPoint will also continue to leverage independent consultancy business, Harper-S Energy Consulting founded by Ms. Harper-Slaboszewicz, as a key component in its service delivery to clients.

In late March, UET launched two fully-subscribed multi-client studies with Ms. Harper-Slaboszewicz as the principal research analyst. The studies, which take a fresh look at metering, AMR, advanced AMR, and Demand Response, have been positively received across the industry.
Ms. Harper-Slaboszewicz's industry experience includes working as a senior market research analyst at Frost & Sullivan, serving as an energy analyst for Utility.com, a competitive energy provider in several states, and as a systems analyst and programmer with PG&E, where for 9 years she was consistently focused on meter billing and rate design issues. Ms. Harper-Slaboszewicz holds a B.A. in mathematics and an M.A. in economics, both from the University of California Berkeley.
