Albuquerque, New Mexico— September 9, 2005—UtiliPoint® International, Inc., a global energy and utility industry analysis and consulting company, announced today that it has acquired Syracuse, NY-based Neenan Associates. Neenan Associates specializes in the design, implementation and evaluation of retail electricity rates. Bernie Neenan, president, is widely recognized for introducing innovations, such as real-time and critical-peak pricing, to retail electricity consumers. Recently, his firm has been focused on research and evaluation initiatives to more fully characterize how customers value and use electricity under dynamic pricing options.

Dr. Neenan will join UtiliPoint® International as Vice President of its Performance Pricing Services practice. He will continue to manage Neenan Associates client services that are directed, in part, to helping ISOs integrate demand response into wholesale market operations to improve overall market performance.
