Expands Growing Trading & Risk Management Practice
HOUSTON—April 26, 2006—UtiliPoint International, Inc. (UtiliPoint) announced today that Patrick Reames has joined the company as an Affiliated Consultant to the Trading & Risk Management Practice adding both new capabilities and significant expertise to the practice. Patrick was formerly the COO of TradeWell Systems, a company that delivered software and consulting solutions to gas and power marketing organizations across North America. Patrick will be working with Andrew Bruce Vice President, Trading and Risk Management and Gary M. Vasey, Ph.D., Vice President, Macroenergy Analysis for UtiliPoint.

Mr. Reames has more than 25 years of energy industry experience. He has a deep understanding, developed through hands-on experience and managerial oversight, of upstream and midstream oil and gas operations including exploration, production, gathering, gas plant operations and pipeline operations. Additionally, he has several years of energy commodity trading, transportation, and risk management experience with Amerada Hess, a Fortune 100 integrated energy marketing company.
