UtiliPoint® International Announces the Completion of a Multi-Client Study:
U.K. and Ireland Utility Customer Care
UtiliPoint® International, Inc. (UtiliPoint®), the utility and energy industry thought leader, today announced the release of a report based on the firm's recently concluded multi-client survey of utility customer care executives in the U.K. and Ireland. The report analyzes survey results, and identifies vital trends in utility customer care. One of the key findings of the survey and report is that there is an increase in the number of water utilities and energy retailers replacing the customer information system (CIS). This is in comparison to electric and gas companies. "The survey and report effectively captures the pulse of the utility industry on such areas as CIS and billing," said Jon T.
