Ms. Udezue has worked for two years in different capacities and departments in UtiliPoint. She has helped determine revenue neutrality and performed analysis of different utility rates. She has also assisted in the day-to-day operations of the recently completed PEPCO pilot project by performing quality control and determining changes in price factors for certain rates used in the PEPCO project. She also designed and maintains several in-house databases.

Prior to joining UtiliPoint, Ms. Udezue has helped create and write several business plans; helped determine project feasibility and perform sensitivity analysis of such projects, as well as documentation. In addition, she has worked as an operations analyst and in supervisory roles in call center operations.
