Mr. Campbell has over thirty years of electric utility experience spanning: Wholesale Power Marketing and Trading; Economic Dispatch of Retail Load and Generation Fleet; Electric Retail Access Markets; Bundled Retail Special Contract Pricing Negotiations; and Demand Response Programs . He has a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Castleton State College and a MBA from the University of New Hampshire. Mr. Campbell provides consulting and performance measurement services to improve wholesale electric market performance for Vertically Integrated Electric Utilities (VIEU). He assists VIEU in designing a “trading around regulated generation assets” strategy that allows them to incorporate the performance of competent trading for risk that can’t be eliminated or transferred to end use customers.
Mr. Campbell also provides performance standards that allow a utility to measure the ongoing performance of their electric wholesale functions. He is part of UtiliPoint’s new Performance-Driven Utility (PDU) offering.
