Mr. O'Dowd supports the day-to-day operation of UtiliPoint's Advanced Metering Infrastructures and Meter Data Management practice.  His work includes support for ongoing AMI-MDM projects such as the billing and customer service areas of the PEPCO PowerCentsDC project,  for the AMI-MDM industry group, as well as other research projects for UtiliPoint clients.   Mr. O'Dowd has over 10 years experience in the Utilities and Telecommunications industries in the areas of customer service, marketing, training and development, and CRM systems.  He rejoins UtiliPoint after previously serving its predecessor companies RCI and SCIENTECH, and also has previous employment with Avaya, Qwest Communications International, and PNM Resources.  Mr. O'Dowd holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Trinity University.
