Delivery and Timing
For online purchases made using a credit card, our system will automatically email your product in PDF format to the email address provided on the order form, once the transaction is complete.
Please be aware some email systems block emails automatically sent from our system. If you do not receive an email from UtiliPoint immediately following the transaction, please send an email to email@example.com or call 505.244.7600.
Because of the immediate delivery of our reports in PDF format, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Should you request a refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Approved refunds will be processed within five business days.
