Smart Grid Lead Consultant John Cooper will be participating in a panel discussion at the 18th annual Border Energy Conference in El Paso, TX October 26-28, 2011. The session scheduled for October 27 at 2:30pm will focus on energy infrastructure and continental security features and includes industry experts from the U.S. Department of State and North Amercian Center for Transborder Studies among others.
